1. How do I order 4Fingers online?
Method 1: Physical Visit to the Restaurant
Visit 4Fingers restaurant near you. Decide whether to dine-in or pick-up from the restaurant. Scan the dine-in QR code or pick-up QR code displayed at the restaurant. Browse the menu and select the meal of your choice. Collect your order at the counter.

Method 2: Online Order Wherever You Are
Visit https://www.4fingers.com.my and click on ORDER ONLINE. Choose Dine-in or Pick-up option. Select the 4Fingers restaurant of your choice. Browse the menu and select the meal of your choice. Collect your order at counter.

Please note:
For Pick-up option, please ensure that you are near the restaurant before you complete the payment for the order. Collect your meal at the counter once your queue number is called and the queue number can be found on top of the receipt.
For Dine-in option, please ensure you are seated at one of the tables before you complete the payment for the order. If your order comes with drink(s), collect your drink(s) at the bar counter. Collect your meal at the counter once your queue number is called and the queue number can be found on top of the receipt.

2. If I chose a wrong collection option or a wrong restaurant, how can I change it?
Before the payment is made, the collection option, restaurant or advance order date & time can be amended at the header section above the menu bar of the Online Order page.

3. Can I change my pick-up option after I have made the payment?
The collection method that you’ve selected for your order cannot be changed once the order is placed.

4. Can I modify my order after I have made the payment?
Once you have paid for the order, you cannot modify it. If you would like to order more, you can start a new order.

5. When do I need to collect my order?
For Dine-In and Pick-up, our restaurant will immediately start preparing your order as soon as you completed the payment. Please make sure you are near the chosen restaurant when queue number is being called.
For Advance Pick-up, our restaurant will make sure your food is ready within the time range selected. Please make sure you are near the chosen restaurant to be able to enjoy your food warm. If you collect your food late, we are not able to ensure that the food will remain warm and you are not entitled to any refund.
If the order is not collected within 2 hours after the chosen time, the food will be discarded.

6. Can I make an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can choose to checkout as guest for customers who wish to place an order without creating an account.
However, as a registered user, you will be able to choose past orders in a single click, ensuring a smoother, quicker ordering process. The best of all, registration is free!

7. How can I create an account?
Click on “Login/Register” then followed by “No Account? Create One!” and enter the valid email address and contact details.

8. What if I have forgotten the password?
On the login page, click on the “Forgot Password?” link and provide the details required. The reset password instructions will then be sent to your registered email. In the event if you do not receive the email, check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder.

9. How do I know if the Online Ordering service is available in my area?
From the Online Order page, select the choice of collection option and key in your location or allow the website to use your current location. Once your location is determined, the list of restaurants available in your area will be displayed.

10. What if I have paid for my order but I cannot pick it up immediately?
Once you have made the payment, our kitchen will start preparing your order hence it is recommended that you collect your order soonest possible.

11. How do I know when my order is ready?
Once your payment is made, you can look out for your queue number on the collection screen in the restaurant and the queue number can be found at the top of the receipt.

12. When will I be charged for the order? Do I get a receipt after confirming the payment?
Payment will be deducted from your choice of payment channel as soon as you make the payment. You will receive a payment notification in your registered email. If you haven’t received an email please check your spam folder.
For Advance order, the charges will only be deducted 2 hours before the chosen time slot.

13. What are the payment options available?
You may pay through e-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Boost and GrabPay), FPX and Credit/Debit card.

14. Can I save my card for future use?
Your card details can only be saved for future use after you have registered an account for yourself. If you would like to add or remove a card, you can do so by going to your profile and clicking on “Save Credit Card”.

15. What if I encounter problem with my payment or face any errors while placing my order?
